What is BCA Leadership?

BCA Leadership is a pan-African executive coaching and peer-learning network founded in 2017 and based in Grand Baie, Mauritius. It serves executives, founders and public-sector leaders through monthly CEO cohorts, private coaching, consulting and business matching. More than 5,000 leaders have taken part since 2017.

How much does BCA membership cost?

Basic is $600 a year, Executive is $1,600 and Platinum is $2,800, billed annually in US dollars. Standalone coaching starts at $1,000 for four sessions. Corporate plans start at $10,000 a year for five seats.

Who are BCA's coaches?

A bench of 45 certified coaches and former operators across all five regions of Africa. Every coach holds a recognized certification and every consultant has led an organization. Named examples are on the homepage and the full bench is on the Bench page.

Is BCA a coaching certification program?

No. BCA coaches executives; it does not train people to become coaches. If you are looking for ICF or similar certification, that is a different service.

What happens in a BCA cohort meeting?

A guest speaker opens, then half the meeting goes to members' own problems, professional or personal. Each member also has a private one-hour coaching session every month. Meetings are confidential.

Can I be coached in French, Spanish or Portuguese?

Yes. Coaching and cohorts run in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese, in person, online or by email.

Do I have to be based in Africa to join?

No. BCA serves leaders on the continent and in the diaspora, and business matching connects diasporan and multinational members to African markets.
